This is an application for the MS Trust's Paris Marathon team and does not guarantee your place on the 2025 team. If offered a Paris Marathon place by the MS Trust, I will agree to the following conditions...

1) I accept the challenge to participate in the Paris Marathon 2025 on behalf of the Multiple Sclerosis Trust, and I pledge to raise a minimum of £750 before Gift Aid.
2) I will be 20 years of age or over as of 31 December 2025, I confirm that to the best of my knowledge my general state of health and fitness is good, and I understand that I am taking part in the Paris Marathon 2025 at my own risk. If in doubt, please seek medical advice from your GP.
3) If I cannot participate due to injury or illness, I will let the MS Trust know immediately and I am aware that charity places cannot be directly deferred/transferred to the following year.
4) I agree to return all sponsorship money to the MS Trust by 13 June 2025.
5) I agree to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £40 (including VAT) for my 2025 Paris Marathon place. (Please let us know if you require a VAT invoice.)
6) I consent for the MS Trust to share my information with the event organisers.
7 )It is my responsibility to fill out my details on the Paris Marathon console, information about this will be emailed to me nearer the time.
