This is an application for the MS Trust's London Marathon team and does not guarantee your place on the 2026 team. If offered a London Marathon place by the MS Trust, I will agree to the following conditions…

1) I accept the challenge to participate in the TCS London Marathon 2026 on behalf of the Multiple Sclerosis Trust, and I pledge to raise a minimum of £2,500 before Gift Aid by the required deadline.
2) I commit to raising at least £500 by 31 December 2025 and £1,500 by 1 March 2026. I understand that if I do not meet these targets or demonstrate reasonable fundraising efforts, the MS Trust may withdraw my place in the event.
3) I will be over 18 years of age at the date of the TCS London Marathon 2026. To the best of my knowledge, I am in good health and physically fit to participate. I understand that I am taking part at my own risk and will seek medical advice from my GP if I have concerns about my fitness.
4) If I cannot participate due to injury, illness or other circumstances, I will let the MS Trust know immediately. I understand that charity places cannot be directly deferred or transferred to the following year.
5) I agree to return all sponsorship money to the MS Trust by 26 July 2026.
6) I agree to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £50 (including VAT) for my 2026 TCS London Marathon place. (Please let us know if you require a VAT invoice.)
7) I consent to the MS Trust sharing my name and email address with London Marathon Events Limited for the purpose of official event registration.
8) I give the MS Trust permission to use any photographs or videos in which I appear for publicity purposes, including event reporting, fundraising promotions, and awareness campaigns. If I wish to opt out, I will contact fundraising@mstrust.org.uk.
9) I understand that it is my responsibility to complete my registration on the official London Marathon Events platform by the deadline provided (date to be confirmed).
