From the earliest signs of MS to the ongoing symptoms, the Multiple Sclerosis Trust are here to support people with MS every step of the way, from the initial diagnosis to understanding the treatments available, and beyond.
If you or someone you know is affected by MS, giving through your workplace is a great way to help us on our mission. Workplace giving can build morale in your team, increase the profile of the MS Trust, and raise vital funds to support our work. It's also a great way to share your diagnosis with your colleagues, as part of your working life with MS.
Whether you’re donating your time, equipment, or money, your contributions help us provide free expert information and support for people with MS, through our website, helpline, and our publications. You will also be aiding us in our ground-breaking work placing new MS healthcare professionals and in supporting their education, making MS care more equitable and accessible for all.

Fundraising Events
The MS Trust have lots of fantastic fundraising events your team can take part in.
From iconic running, trekking, and cycling events both in the UK and further afield, garden parties, or video gaming for good, we have the resources, materials, and knowledge to help you and your team tackle the challenge together while raising vital funds for people with MS.
We can provide:
- A dedicated MS Trust staff member to steward you and your team to greatness.
- Fundraising packs and materials to help give your fundraising that MS Trust flair.
- Support with PR and marketing coverage to maximise your reach.
- Promotion of events on our website and social media.

Corporate Donations
Making a one-off donation to support the MS Trust directly from your company can make a huge difference. Committing to a longer-term partnership could significantly benefit the MS Trust, too.
Your support makes a significant impact to the 150,000 people living with MS in the UK:
- £100 could cover the cost to provide our Making Sense of MS guide to everybody diagnosed with MS in one week.
- £1,800 completely covers the cost of training one MS Nurse on our Foundation Module in MS Care, bringing the latest in expert MS healthcare to hundreds of their patients.
- £9,500 could cover the cost of printing and storing 10,000 copies of one of our publications, helping us put life-changing information in the hands of people with MS for years to come.
- £46,000 could completely cover our salary contribution to MS professionals on our Specialist Nurse Programme or Advanced MS Champion Programme, which helps create new posts in the NHS to support people with MS in areas across the UK.

While there is still no cure for MS, our work offers people with MS support every single day. Your contribution could make all the difference in ensuring we can continue our work.

Gifts in kind

A ‘Gift in Kind’ is a kind of charitable giving wherein goods and services are provided to a charity instead of money. Gifts in kind can be a fantastic way to help people with MS without making a financial donation, which may not always be possible. We’re always grateful to receive gifts from businesses. Whether it’s something that we could use in the office, or a raffle prize that we can give away to the hard-working MS Nurses in attendance at our annual conference, we’d love to hear from you.

Volunteering
Volunteers are a vital part of the MS Trust.
Your workplace skills, experience, and expertise could be just what the MS Trust are looking for.
If you work for a company that offers you volunteer days, there are lots of opportunities to get involved. Some opportunities can be completed from the comfort of your own home, whereas others are in person, such as offering your support at a fundraising event.

I was initially unsure of where I could be useful within the MS Trust, but as part of my role, I build AI communities and create interesting content for my network. Therefore, I started creating content for the Trust, spreading awareness and sharing stories that matter.

Payroll Giving
Payroll giving is a tax efficient and regular way to support those charities closest to your heart, and a simple and effective way to make a regular contribution to the MS Trust.
