A to Z of MS
Our A to Z is simple to use. Just pick a topic you want more information on, knowing that we have made every effort to research it fully.
Our free, confidential helpline gives you the support and practical information to make sense of MS. We understand the many different symptoms, choices and challenges that can come with multiple sclerosis, so do get in touch.
We're here Monday to Friday on the phone, email, via direct message or post. Note that call charges apply if you ring from abroad.
Or write to us at:

We are here for anyone who needs to know more about multiple sclerosis.
Maybe you have MS? Or your partner, relative or friend? A colleague? Or you're a health professional, carer, or medical student...? Multiple sclerosis touches people in many ways, and always throws up lots of questions.
These are some of the things people ask us about:
We don't always know the answer, but we will do our best to find someone who does.
We want you to feel safe when talking to us and have control over what happens to your information.
Our helpline is a confidential service. We only record identifiable information about your enquiry with your consent.
Following your enquiry, we will use your contact information to send you follow up user surveys. These are sent one week after your enquiry and again three months later. This data is then deleted unless we have your consent to keep it.
Where consent is given, information will be stored for six years. Recorded personal information is only accessible to members of staff who are trained to handle such information.
Telephone calls are recorded for quality and training purposes and stored for 6 months.
