We are here to support you. The MS Trust Enquiry Service is a free confidential helpline that can answer your questions about multiple sclerosis (MS) and life with the condition. You may have MS yourself or be a friend or family member of someone with the condition.
We're open Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) from 9am-5pm. Outside these hours, you can leave us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
How the Enquiry Service can help you
Our experienced Enquiry Service helpline team are here to help you find all the information you need about multiple sclerosis. We'll try to answer any question that you have about MS and if we can't find the answer, we can direct you to someone who can. Perhaps you:
- Are worried you may have MS
- Have recently been diagnosed and are wondering what MS could mean for your life
- Want to know more about a symptom you are experiencing
- Need to know about your treatment options
- Have seen research reported in the media and want to know the background
- Want help to find an MS specialist health professional

Keeping your information safe and secure
We want you to feel safe when talking to us and have control over what happens to your information.
Our Enquiry Service helpline is a confidential service. We only record identifiable information about your enquiry with your consent.
Following your enquiry, we will use your contact information to send you follow up user surveys. These are sent one week after your enquiry and again three months later. This data is then deleted unless we have your consent to keep it.
Where consent is given, information will be stored for six years. Recorded personal information is only accessible to members of staff who are trained to handle such information.
Telephone calls are recorded for quality and training purposes and stored for 6 months.
