Advance care planning (ACP) is the process of thinking, and having conversations, about the care you would like in the future if your health were to change.
Welcome to your virtual conversation with an MS expert. With our interactive video experience you can have a question-and-answer session with MS nurse Ellie, and find out about advance care planning. Ellie has been an MS specialist nurse since 2016. In 2021, Ellie was appointed as a Queen's Nurse in recognition of her ongoing learning, leadership and excellence in patient care. She developed her passion for ensuring people live as well as they can until the end of their lives whilst working in district nursing. She has also worked in hospice care.
