A resource developed by TiMS (Therapists in MS)
To complement the Allied Health Professionals competency framework for progressive neurological conditions, TiMS (Therapists in MS) published a knowledge and skills matrix for occupational therapists and physiotherapists in 2018. This was reviewed and updated in 2022 and is a Word document that can be tailored by individuals to meet the needs of different work settings and learning requirements. The document is long (100+ pages) because it provides detailed skills and knowledge frameworks that cover most things physiotherapists and occupational therapists, at every career level, should know when managing people with MS.
