To share your experience of MS, please complete the form below or send your story to mystory@mstrust.org.uk.

We welcome stories from anyone affected by MS, but we can't accept stories that are about other people unless you can supply evidence showing you have their permission to write about them.

Please note that due to the high number of personal stories we are sent, there is no guarantee that we will use every story.
