NHS Reset and Reform: A new direction for health and care in multiple sclerosis

For many years it's been agreed that challenges exist in MS services in the UK, they are overstretched and underfunded and in many places a postcode lottery for care exists. These issues have been further compounded by the coronavirus pandemic.

In order to address these issues, Roche have funded a reported facilitated by key multiple sclerosis stake holders, Professor of Neurology and MS Academy's Academic Director Gavin Giovannoni, healthcare consultant Sue Thomas, and business improvement mentor Anthony Lawton.

The report is called 'NHS Reset and Reform: A new direction for health and care in multiple sclerosis' and assesses the current challenges facing multiple sclerosis services across the UK and presents a proposed roadmap to recovery.

The full report can be found here.
