How your donation helps

When I was diagnosed, the MS Trust gave me all the information I requested and showed me kindness at a time when my world was falling apart. They make a huge difference to the lives of people with MS.
We're working to make a difference today for the 130,000 people living with MS in the UK. All of our services are provided free of charge. We receive no government or NHS funding. It's only thanks to the generosity of our supporters that we're able to continue our work.
With your help, we can change the life of every person affected by multiple sclerosis.

I was diagnosed with MS over 3 years ago and hugely valued the information I received from your leaflets in helping me to understand the treatment options and for the guide for children, which I have read with my girls.
Why we still need your support

An MS nurse is more than just a nurse, it's knowing a named person for you to contact. Everyone with MS should have access to a specialist nurse as they make such a difference.
