Volunteer photographer

Do you see life through a lens? Are you passionate about finding the perfect angle? We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer photographer to help us capture images from the opening day of our annual conference.

The MS Trust Conference takes place from the 22-24 March at Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue, Hinckley Island.

We would love to have an enthusiastic photographer to capture images from the opening day of the conference for us to use across our various communication channels.

Help is needed for Sunday 22 March 2026 only. 

We are looking for a volunteer to attend the conference to capture the overall atmosphere of the occasion including our new branding. We’d also like to capture key moments, speeches, peer networking and presentations.

Along with having great communication skills, we ask that you have:  

• good photography skills, in particular taking candid shots to capture the atmosphere of MS Trust’s Conference
• a good quality camera
• skills to upload and share photographs
• good interpersonal skills and an approachable manner
• a reliable and dependable nature  
• enthusiasm for the work of MS Trust.

MS Trust’s Conference takes place at the Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue, Hinckley Island. We are looking for your support on Sunday 22 March from 10.30am through to 4.30pm (hours flexible).

Lunch will be provided on the day. 

In return for your valuable help, we aim to ensure that volunteering for MS Trust is a fulfilling and worthwhile experience. You’ll have:

• a dedicated staff member as first point of contact
• reasonable travel expenses provided
• lunch provided on the day
• photograph credit given in promotional material and on social media. 

• Develop your photography skills. Credit given for photographs used.  
• This unique role allows you to indulge your creative passions and skills to produce great quality images. You will also have the opportunity to see your work being featured in promotional materials, reports and online platforms.
• To be involved with a positive and engaging flagship conference. 

• As this role will involve engaging with the public and potentially vulnerable people. A DBS check IS required. Any cost incurred will be covered by MS Trust.
• An agreement form related to use of images between photographer and MS Trust must be signed.
