Who we are

Helena

Hi, I’m Helena. I’m originally from Sweden, but I’ve lived in the UK since 1999. In 2007, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I work as a Digital Production and Content Officer at the MS Trust. I joined the charity six months after my diagnosis, as I wanted to raise awareness and empower others with MS.

One of my favourite parts of my job is doing the podcast. I love talking to people with MS about their stories, as no two people with MS have the same experience. I also enjoy speaking with our topic experts about how we can help people live their best lives with MS.

Nick

Hey, I’m Nick. I’m a Digital Marketing and Content Officer at the MS Trust. I don’t live with MS, but my wife does. I know I’ll never know what it’s like to live with MS. But I live alongside it, and I’ve seen firsthand the highs and lows that my wife has faced.

I’m always really interested to hear stories from the MS community. Plus, I’m curious about all the latest symptom management strategies and information that we find out from our guests. I always learn something new on our podcast and I hope you will too.
