I play underwater rugby for Team GB

Did the Rugby World Cup have you hooked this autumn? Well, did you know there’s an underwater version of the game? Jo Wood, diagnosed with MS in 2013, plays for the Great Britain team and competed at the Underwater Rugby World Championships earlier this year. “I came back with a new resilience and realisation that I have MS, but MS doesn’t have to have me,” Jo tells us.

MS nurse takes on 2020 London Marathon to raise money for the MS Trust

MS Clinical Nurse Specialist, Gail Shore, has decided to take on the Virgin Money London Marathon in 2020 to raise money for the MS Trust. Despite being apprehensive (she has not run more than 10k), she explains why she is taking on this iconic event to help the MS Trust to continue to support other MS health professionals and those living with MS today.
