Why I'm raising awareness of MS and mental health

When former professional cricketer Chris Paget was told he had MS in 2017, he didn’t know which way to turn. Feeling isolated and alone, he spiralled into depression, refusing to open up even to the people closest to him. Thanks to the love and support of his family and friends, Chris was able to emerge from the darkness and today, three years later, he says he’s “never felt stronger”.
