Listening to and speaking up for the MS community

We're committed to ensuring everyone with MS can access the treatments and services they need and deserve, regardless of their postcode, circumstances or the type of MS they have.

We seek the view of people living with MS and work collaboratively with MS charities, the NHS, and other decision makers to influence change and ensure the voice of the MS community is always heard loud and clear when it comes to the decisions that are important to them.

Our direct services for people with MS, our strong relationships with health professionals, and our evidence-based approach give us the knowledge and expertise to be a trusted and credible voice for change within the MS community.

We work on a range of policy issues which affect people living with MS. These include:

• Access to drugs and treatments
• Availability of the services and specialists people living with MS need
• Quality of services, including the development of national guidelines and standards about the care people with MS should receive
