  • Run for a cause: Your participation directly supports the work of the MS Trust and everyone affected by MS. Together, we can make sense of MS. 
  • Scenic route: The stunning 13.1-mile route takes in many of the capital’s world-famous landmarks on closed roads, and four of London’s eight Royal Parks – Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens.
  • Cheering crowds: Supporters of the nation's capital will be out in the streets to cheer you on through this thrilling run!

Terms & Conditions

By signing up to this event I declare that:

  1. I will participate in the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2025 on Sunday 20 October 2025 on behalf of the Multiple Sclerosis Trust.
  2. I will raise a minimum of £350 in sponsorship for the MS Trust with the objective being to raise as much sponsorship as possible.
  3. I will return all sponsorship money to the MS Trust by 20 December 2025.
  4. If I cannot participate due to injury or illness I will let the MS Trust know immediately.
  5. I will be over 17 years of age at the date of the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2025, I can confirm that to the best of my knowledge my general state of health and fitness is good, and I understand that I am taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2025 at my own risk.
  6. I give permission for the MS Trust to use any photographs/videos in which I may appear for publicity purposes - this can include reporting on the event, informing people about the MS Trust, advertising future fundraising events. If you would like to opt out of this, please email fundraising@mstrust.org.uk

Is there a minimum age for participants?

The minimum age for participants is 17

Is there a bag drop at the Royal Parks Half Marathon?

Yes, there will be a bag drop available to participants on the day.

You will receive a baggage tag in your race pack which you will need to attach to your bag before handing it in. This will match your race bib number. You'll need to show your race bib in order to collect your bag after the race.

Small backpacks will be accepted and we ask you to leave any valuables at home.

The Royal Parks Half Marathon has an limited number of places for wheelchair participants

Disabled participants who need assistance: 

If you’re a visually impaired runner or your disability and/or medical condition means that you require an assistant, please contact the Royal Parks Half Marathon team detailing your request and the reasons for it. They offer a free assistant race place to every eligible participant. If you’re unable to take part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon, the place for your assistant runner will be withdrawn.

Cut off time

The cut off time for the Royal Parks Half Marathon is 4 hours after the last wave has started. The average time to walk a half marathon is 3.5 to 5 hours, so you will have time for walk breaks.
