Laughter Yoga - what's it all about?
Laughter, of course, isn't anything new. And neither is yoga. But the combination of Laughter and Yoga is a unique concept, that combines laughter with yoga breathing techniques and has many health benefits including stress relief, mood lifting and healthy heart. The perfect tonic for the current situation!
How to get involved
Join us for this unique 30 minutes session to discover Laughter Yoga's amazing health benefits and experience for yourself how it makes you feel. Our certified Laughter Yoga leader, Sylvia, will guide you through a number of exercises.
