Ride London is back for 2025!

Taking place on Sunday 25th May 2025. This event is the centrepiece of the world's greatest festival of cycling, the 100-mile challenge is one of the UK's most famous challenge rides. Ride London gives riders exclusive access to the closed off streets of central London and beautiful Essex countryside.

Take on a new challenge and raise vital funds to support everyone affected by MS.

Terms & Conditions

By signing up to this event, I declare that:

  1. I will participate in RideLondon Essex 2025 on Sunday 25th May 2025 on behalf of the Multiple Sclerosis Trust.
  2. I will raise a minimum of £450 in sponsorship for the MS Trust.
  3. I will pay the non-refundable registration fee of £30 for my RideLondon place
  4. I will return all sponsorship money to the MS Trust by 25th July 2025.
  5. If I cannot participate due to injury or illness I will let the MS Trust know immediately.
  6. I will be over 18 years of age at the date of RideLondon 2025, I can confirm that to the best of my knowledge my general state of health and fitness is good, and I understand that I am taking part in RideLondon Essex 2025 at my own risk.
  7. I give permission for the MS Trust to use any photographs/videos in which I may appear for publicity purposes - this can include reporting on the event, informing people about the MS Trust, advertising future fundraising events. The photos/videos will be held securely by the MS Trust and will not be used for anything other than as mentioned. If you would like to opt out of this, please email fundraising@mstrust.org.uk

Frequently Asked Questions

How many riders will be taking part?

There will be around 25,000 riders taking part across all RideLondon distances on the day

When will the race start?

Start times are between 6am and 9.30am depending on your race and predicted time. Participants will be notified of individual start arrival times by email three weeks before event day. 

Where will the race start from?

The race will start at Victoria Embankment. Access to the start will be via Parliament Square.

Where does the RideLondon event finish?

The spectacular finish line is on the north side of Tower Bridge. You will be directed over the bridge and right into Tooley Street towards the south side of London Bridge

Will there be a cut-off finish time for RideLondon-Essex 2024

All riders will have eight-and-a-half hours to complete their ride from the departure of the last start wave. Final participants expected to finish at 18:00

What is the application deadline?

You must sign up with the MS Trust and complete the registration on the RideLondon console by April 2025 (exact date tbc)
