Helena

Hi, I’m Helena. In 2007, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I work as a Senior Digital Content Creator at the MS Trust. I joined the charity six months after my diagnosis, as I wanted to raise awareness and empower others with MS. One of my favourite parts of my job is doing the podcast. I love talking to people with MS about their stories, as no two people with MS have the same experience.
