This is an application for the MS Trust's Berlin Marathon team and does not guarantee your place on the 2025 team. If offered a Berlin Marathon place by the MS Trust, I will agree to the following conditions…

1. I will participate in the Berlin Marathon 2025 on Sunday 21 September 2025 on behalf of the Multiple Sclerosis Trust.
2. I will pay a non-refundable registration fee of £50 (including VAT) for my Berlin Marathon 2025 place.
3. I will raise a minimum of £1,000 in sponsorship for the MS Trust with the objective being to raise as much sponsorship as possible.
4. I will return all sponsorship money to the MS Trust by 21 November 2025.
5. I give the MS trust permission to pass my email address to Real Buzz Group Ltd to register me officially onto this event.
6. I will register for this event on the official event console before the deadline, which I will be informed of nearer the time.
7. I accept that it is my responsibility to check for any email correspondence from the MS Trust or the official race organisers, which may contain important race information and deadlines, and that if I don't take the required action by any dates given, may risk forfeiting my place in the event.
8. If I cannot participate due to injury or illness I will let the MS Trust know immediately.
9. I will be over 18 years of age at the date of the Berlin Marathon 2025, I can confirm that to the best of my knowledge my general state of health and fitness is good, and I understand that I am taking part in the Berlin Marathon 2025 at my own risk.
10. I give permission for the MS Trust to use any photographs/videos in which I may appear for publicity purposes - this can include reporting on the event, informing people about the MS Trust, advertising future fundraising events.
