Our fifth most listened to episode of Breaking it Down from 2024 asked, can mindfulness actually help you manage life with MS or is it simply a trendy well-being fad? Mindfulness teacher, Justin Standfield, who lives with MS himself, joined us to dispel a couple of mindful myths, and shared some practical ways that he manages his own MS symptoms using mindfulness.
