Adjustments help people stay in work
A small US study found that most people with MS who had continued in employment had sought a 'work accommodation' - akin to what is called a reasonable adjustment in the UK. These included flexible hours, working from home and written job instructions.

Cortisol levels may affect cognition
People with MS have higher cortisol (stress hormone) levels than people with no MS. This may be linked to why people with MS who don’t have fatigue do less well at cognitive tests, according to a German study
