Genetic research seeks participants
Researchers in Scotland are looking to recruit people with two or more grandparents from Shetland or Orkney to study genetic connections to conditions that are more prevalent on the islands, including MS.

Mayzent licensed for SPMS
Mayzent (siponimod) has been granted a licence by the European Commission as for people with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS) who are still having relapses or showing signs of disease activity on MRI scans

Mothers of children with MS need support
Mothers who have a child with MS are more likely to have anxiety or mood disorders than mothers of children without the condition, according to a Canadian study. Researchers suggest mental health support for mothers should be considered
